Newlife’s printable steel sheeting is made of antirust material with one side conductive to magnets and the other side printable material. There are a series of professional printable materials that can be laminated on the steel sheeting that are suitable for different printing requirements, such as digital inkjet, screen print, desktop, and offset print. Min thickness is only 0.18mm (7MIL) and max width is up to 1.62M (64”).
We offer two kinds of magnet materials used with steel sheeting,one is magnet material with adhesive, the other is magnet material magnetized on both sides.
The magnet material with adhesive has one side magnetized and the other side has outdoor adhesive. Printed steel sheeting can
then be placed on the magnet material. There are several color options available other than black and white. The adhesive side is suitable for a clean and flat surface such as painted dry wall, glass, metal, etc. The adhesive has good weather proof performance and a strong holding power. We can also supply removable adhesive if requested.
Magnet material magnetized on both sides has no adhesive. One magnetized side can stick directly onto a steel surface such as a steel panel or steel painting. Printed Steel Sheeting can then be applied to the outward facing side of the magnet material. There are several color options available including black, white and silver.
